Hey! My name is Holli Mack,  but by now I'm sure you know that (name of business, lol). I was born and raised in Tofield, AB.

I have played a lot of sports but dance and track were my passions. My parents enrolled me in recreational dance at the age 4, and it quickly morphed into competitive dance which I did until the age 18. I lived and breathed dance. My nick name at home was "Prancer" because I never walked around: I danced. That's why I also loved track and field; running kept my feet busy. I have always had a love for movement in my blood.

All the years as a dedicated athlete led me to pursue an education/career in the world of health and fitness. I completed the Kinesiology and Sports Studies program at Red Deer College. That is where my professional journey began.

I now specialize in kettlebells/kettlebell sport, joint health/mobility, calisthenics, strength training, and weight lifting. I have trained a wide variety of clients from elite athletes to older individuals trying to regain mobility and movement. I am very passionate about all my clients' goals and I'm not completely satisfied until they are.
