At HMF, our signature class combines strength training and metabolic conditioning. Through simulating common movements and muscles used in daily tasks at home, work, or during sports, we help prepare your body.

LEGENDS
Our legends class is tailored to those over the age of 55, focusing on aspects of fitness and body changes that may impact this demographic. Designed to increase mobility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, strength, and cardiovascular endurance. This class promotes overall fitness and well-being.

OPEN LEVEL HATHA YOGA
This hatha class emphasizes alignment and awareness. Poses are taught step by step and supported by the use of props—such as blocks, straps, and blankets— for accessibility and depth.
Classes typically include breath work, meditation, standing poses, seated poses, twists, inversions, and restorative poses, depending on the focus of the day. Demonstrations and verbal instruction guide students toward a deeper understanding of each pose, building strength, stability, flexibility, and concentration.
Suitable for all students who wish to build confidence, refine technique, and develop a long-term, sustainable practice.
